We do not accept returns of products. All products are non-refundable.


Exchanges are allowed within 1 working days after the item is received if the product delivered is incorrect or damaged. Request for exchange for products purchased through must be made by:

Requests to exchange a product must be pre-authorized before the product is returned. Bieu Personal Care Sdn Bhd reserves the right to:

- reject requests for returns where such requests are deemed habitual in our sole and absolute discretion; and/or there is suspicion of purchase for the purposes of resale.

- amend this policy at any time without prior notice.

- accepts exchanges for full, unopened box or pack, within 1 days of the delivery date.

Exchange do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all exchange must be prepaid and insured by customer / buyer. Customer / Buyer is responsible for any loss or damage to parcel during shipment. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
