Does your pads have an expiry date?
Our products do not have a specific expiry date, but we recommend using the sanitary pads within 3 years from the manufacturing date. Please ensure the products are still in the original packaging and that there is no damage to the protective packaging. You can find them at the bottom / side of the packaging.
Where are your pads made?
Our pads & liners are proudly made in Malaysia.
Where are your ingredients sourced from?
Bieu®️ sources the raw material from all over the world, including USA, India, Germany, Japan and China to bring you the best quality of period care products we can offer you.
How often do I have to change the pad during period?
It is often advised to change your pads every 3 to 4 hours for hygienic purposes.
What are the difference between conventional pad, pure cotton and organic cotton?
Conventional pad - Have a lot of plastic content and can cause skin irritation and allergic reactions.
Pure Cotton- It undergoes a process to make softer, fluffier and also brighther. Therefore, there are presence of chemical content.
Organic cotton- It is processed to make fluffier and softer using hot air only. Therefore, there is no presence of chemical content.
How do I use a pad?
First, unwrap the pad from the packaging. Then, remove the backing to expose the adhesive. Place the pad on the center patch of your underwear with the adhesive down to hold your pad firmly in place. Always remember to lock down the wings too.
